PROPOSITION PARTY

RESEARCH GUIDE:

Your assignment is to provide fellow Partiers with a FAIR, BALANCED, and BRIEF SUMMARY (10 minutes or less!) of the Pros and Cons of your Proposition.

We suggest you answer these 3 questions:

  1. What are the Facts?

The goal is to help educate others on the Props we are voting on, not convince them to vote like you. No matter how passionate you are about the topic, leave the partisanship at home and stay focused on the facts!

  2. Who's invested?

Arguments for and against can both be convincing. Discovering which people and organizations have money in the game can be very enlightening.

  3. What will a Yes or No vote mean?

The language can be dense and confusing. Expect to spend time deciphering what is really being said in order to get a clear picture of how this Prop will impact your State, your County, your City, and your life.
